Trunk-or-Treat 2023 - OCtober 20th @ 5:30pm 

Join us for an exciting and spooktacular event, Trunk - OR - Treat! Get ready for a frightfully fun evening on Fri Oct 20, 2023 at 17:30 (PDT). The event will take place at our school Hearst Elementary, on the black top area.

Bring your family and friends to experience a unique twist on traditional trick-or-treating. Our Hearst family members will decorate their car trunks, transforming them into spooktacular displays. Kids can go from trunk to trunk, collecting delicious treats and enjoying the creative decorations.

We'll have food trucks available for purchase, as well as games and raffles for the whole family to get involved in(free).

For the safety of our families, we are incorporating wristbands for entry. Make sure to RSVP your spot by the 12th of October, to let us know you'll be there and we'll reserve your spot.

Please note each person in your family will need a wristband for entry, wristbands will be distributed a few days prior to the event.

Costumes are highly encouraged! Dress up as your favorite character, spooky creature, or anything that lets your imagination run wild (no weapons or costume masks allowed).

Don't miss out on this unforgettable evening filled with laughter, candy, and Hearst spirit. Mark your calendars and get ready to have a wickedly good time at Trunk - OR - Treat!

Cost: Free, funded by the PTA.

Location: Hearst Elementary, on the black top, by the basketball courts.

Trunks: All cars must be pre-approved; please sign-up here if you're interested.

Volunteers: We will need all the help we can get to run this event succesfully. If you are available to help, please sign up here.

Baked Goods & Candy Donations: We're in need of baked goods and candy donations for our Trunk - OR - Treaters. If you're able to help, please sign up here.

Please do remember this is not a drop off event, parents MUST stay with their children.
